Warranty
Yard O Led writing instruments that have a serial number stamped on the pen clip are covered by a lifetime guarantee subject to the following conditions:
- The writing instrument guarantee covers faulty workmanship and faulty materials only.
- It does not cover normal wear and tear arising from daily usage.
- Any claim made for warranty repair or replacement must be accompanied by a completed warranty card (this will have been completed by the retailer at the time of purchase) or the retailer’s sales receipt.
- The warranty is not transferable and so applies to the original first owner only.
All returns will be assessed by the Yard O Led factory workshop to determine the cause of any fault.
Any item repaired under warranty will be done so free of charge and will be returned free of charge.
The cost for returning the item to the Yard O Led workshop (or courier cost if from overseas) is for the original purchaser’s (owner’s) account.
Should the writing instrument be modified and/or changed in any way from its original specification, this warranty becomes void.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for turnaround on your repair as we are a small company.
If your Yard O Led needs attention, complete the warranty claims form. Once the form has been processed by our office, we will send you a unique reference number for the repair and details on next steps.
