Please note that all overseas orders - that include those from EU countries - are liable to customs and import duty, that depend on each country, and the payment of which is incumbent on the Buyer.

Unfortunately, no deliveries can be made to Russia at this time.

We aim to ship as quickly as possible but as our product is handmade, we may typically take up to two weeks to dispatch some orders.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item - unless personalised with engraving - within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging. If you wish to return your item it must have been purchased from If you have bought your product from a stockist it must be returned via the place of purchase in accordance with their refund and return policy. Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item.

We will be happy to make a refund, which will go onto the original payment method used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges unless your item is faulty or damaged – please see below for details.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for orders placed online. Please return your item/s by post or in store and place a new order.

For courier or post returns a daytime telephone number and email address is required in case we need to contact you about the return. Please include a letter with your return containing the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Daytime telephone number
  • What you are returning and why

You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be a few days after we receive your parcel at our workshop. If you want to check that your order has been received, please use the tracking provided for your chosen return method.

Please note, we do not have a nib exchange policy for new pens. Please ensure you have made the correct nib choice when purchasing the product. If you are unsure which of our nibs will best fit your needs, please visit one of our stockists to try them prior to making a purchase.
