YARD O LED re-introduces their classic model ‘The Ambassador’ 

Handmade in the Birmingham workshop from 925 Sterling Silver.

Originally launched in 1994 but production has been suspended for many years until now.It is a heavier design to The Standard model giving a weighty feel to the classic writing instrument. Without elaborate embellishment or design, The Ambassador’s beauty comes from its simplicity. At just over 43 grammes, it is largest of the ballpoint and pencil models within YARD O LED’s range and its diameter of 10mm presents an impactful writing instrument. 

Subtlety embellished with engine turned pattern of four designs and with one plain barrel. The Barley-Wave, Honeycomb, Pyramid and Cypher patterns are unique to the Ambassador range.

The patterns are new commercial designs for YARD O LED’s engine turning machines created from historic pattern bars achieved in the workshop’s safe. Unused for decades the new Ambassador range brings them back into the range and adds a fresh offering for the seasoned collector and will be sure to attract attention from those not yet familiar with the brand.

Each wears the historic YARD O LED clip punched by hand in the workshop bearing its unique number. Every pen within the range is hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay office.
