Unfortunately, no deliveries can be made to Russia at this time.

We aim to ship as quickly as possible but as our product is handmade, we may take up to two weeks to dispatch some orders.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us.

If you wish to return you item:

it must have been purchased from www.yard-o-led.comit must not have been used – if there is no fault with the pen and you have used it, it will not be eligible for a refund.you need to contact us within 30 days of purchasing the product.

If you have bought your product from another stockist it must be returned via the place of purchase in accordance with their refund and return policy.

Please note, we do not have a nib exchange policy for new pens. Please ensure you have made the correct nib choice when purchasing the product. If you are unsure which of our nibs will best fit your needs, please visit one of our stockists to try them prior to making a purchase.
